Madden Flow Entertainment is a full-service music sync and licensing library and a primary resource for Music Supervisors, Directors, Screenwriters, and Advertising Agencies. During my summer internship at Madden Flow, I supported sync and licensing operations for major television and streaming clients including Fox, Hulu, Netflix, and HBO. My role focused on music catalog organization, metadata optimization, and sync-driven research across large-scale libraries. I curated playlists aligned to detailed music briefs, translating creative direction into sync-ready musical selections across genres. I also assisted with cue sheets, developing a working understanding of timing, logging, and rights documentation for visual media. This experience strengthened my ability to operate in a fast-paced licensing environment while contributing to both creative and administrative workflows.
